IN-SITU installation de henk delabie / be

uitnodiging-L.jpg

1 UNIT

Many of the constructions, “Units”, have an inclusive character with only a limited part of the visible interior space.
You can imagine the interior space thanks to the ribbed struc- ture accented outside.

Inside, the light disappears in the depth.
During the day, light creates a constant variation of light

In the precarious constructions of walls, built in the exhibition space, you can also experience natural light as a stage manager.
Defining and closing places creates a presumption of space.

beNDING / BREAKING LIGHT

In situ installation by alexandere ketele / be

Ketele19-04 002.jpg

© PAUL LOUIS

Light is all around us. It makes things visible..... What if a sculptor was asked to do something with light ?
Would he grab it, bend it or even break it..... What a fascinating thought.
A challenge.....
With this challenge started the project ‘Bending/Breaking Light’

heel den hannekesnest

In situ installation by Martine Pl

The studio of Martine is a real ‘hannekesnest’. Rubbish, unordered and haphazard. From this studio, a powerful in-situ installation now appears in the MUZE'UM L in a subtle arrangement with blue as the main color: the only universal color? The blue silk-screen prints, over a background of clouds, which she drew with a candle, carries gilded shoe sole tracks on top. A merit or not, but everyone leaves traces everywhere and in all places. Always under a blue sky.

(only on Sundays from 2 pm to 5 pm)

WE ARE MADE OF MORE WATER THAN BLOOD

specifically for the MUZE'UML, AnuschB created 200 to 250 blown pebbles and about 1200 glass beads, which end up on the ground with a lot of symbolism in the colors // especially   white pebbles that represent the light meridian of the MUZE'UM L //

OUR_LAND

Pieter-jan Peeters (turnhout, 1978) makes monumental paper assemblages of portrait drawin with bister and pastel pencil.

for this exhibition he was inspired by the landscape outside the MUZE'UM L where the light meridian cuts through the fields. the starting point was to bring the landscape and history inside
